Drafter (M&E)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare & update ACMV shop drawings, detail drawings, as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit Software

• Maintain & update drawings as needed and make corrections to drawings as directed by Superior

• Prepare accurate and quality drawings independently and self review before submission

• Coordinate with Designer/Site Engineers with regards to drawing detail and all other necessary sketch as requested by Client

• Maintain drawings record and report

• Prepare BIM MEP modelling and to liaise with BIM coordinator to meet Clients requirements

Job Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a Professional Cert/Nitec or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Must have knowledge in building services especially ducting and piping, etc. in industrial and commercial developments

Must have at least 2 years of experience in BIM (REVIT) and AutoCAD Application (2D & 3D)

Able to meet tight drawing schedules and work as a team
