Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate architectural, structural, and construction drawings based on project needs.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
- Convert conceptual sketches into detailed CAD drawings for approvals and construction.
- Review and update drawings according to project changes, client inputs, and authority requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Assist in preparing and submitting drawings to relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Experience in the construction or architectural industry exposure to landed residential projects is an advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Staad Pro and Tekla.
- Strong knowledge of local codes, regulatory standards and authority submission processes.
