Drafter engineer

We specialise in steel structure installation, A&A works, waterproofing, and interior fit-out projects across Singapore. We are looking for a motivated individual to join us and grow together.

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and draft steel structure drawings (shop drawings, as-built drawings) using AutoCAD or similar software.

2. Calculate steel material quantities based on drawings and project requirements.

3. Prepare and place material orders, including hollow sections, I-beams, plates, angle bars, and BRC mesh.

4. Coordinate with Main Contractor / Consultants to resolve technical issues and finalise drawings before execution.

5. Explain drawings to supervisors and workers, providing technical guidance to ensure correct installation on site.

6. Assist with site coordination and ensure works are carried out safely and according to specifications.

7. Chinese-speaking candidates will be given priority, as the role requires daily communication with Chinese-speaking workers.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates welcomed).

• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read structural drawings.

• Basic understanding of steel structure components is preferred.

• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Singaporean / PR preferred (if applicable).

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday

• 8:00am - 5:00pm (or your company's schedule)

Salary

• SGD $2,700 - $3,700 per month (depending on experience)
