DRAFTER

Job Responsibilities:

Design plans using computer-aided design, draughting (CAD) software.

Draft and prepare layout drawings.

Collaborate with Designers, Contractors, Operations and Project Managers on Projects.

Revise drawings and layout to accommodate changes and enhancement.

Draw, coordinates and monitor shop drawings submission schedule

Preparation of drawings and compile documents for submission

Draw structural drawing as per required standard

Ensure all drawings are checked and approved

Documentation as per project requirement

Perform other duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture or equivalent

Strong Knowledge / well versed in 2D 3D, Revit, & Photoshop

At least 1-2 year(s) of working experiences in the related field is required for this position.

Proficient in English and good verbal communication skills is desired

Preferably with experience in consultancy firm of construction industry

Conversant in Authorities regulations and submission processes
