Responsibilities
Planning and Design:
- Ability to provide and interpret space planning in accordance to client requirements
- Prepare drawings for proposal, construction and as-built
- Sample board and material schedule preparation
- Documents control
Management:
- Periodic updates with management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Min Degree in Architectural/Engineering field
- Proficient in BIM Revit & AutoCAD for Engineering & Architecture.
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up and Vray.
- Familiar with BCA Building Code
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
- Both genders welcome
