Drafter cum Site Coordinator

Job Description

• Prepare and update construction drawings based on site progress
• Coordinate drawings with site team, consultants, and subcontractors
• Assist in site coordination and resolve drawing / technical issues
• Submit drawings and documents to management, clients, and authorities
• Maintain proper documentation and site records
• Support site operations and other ad-hoc duties as required

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Draughtsman in civil or building construction works
• Experience in landed residential projects / Good Class Bungalows (GCB) will be an advantage
• Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
• Proficient in construction drafting and drawing coordination
• Able to coordinate effectively on-site and work independently
• Responsible, hardworking with good integrity, and positive attitude
• Proficiency and conversant in English
• Able to understand and communicate technical instructions clearly
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Possess construction site experience and able to attend site meetings
• Singaporean / PR preferred
