A. Drafting Duties

1. Prepare shop drawings based on approved architectural and ID drawings.

2. Prepare construction details, section drawings, and method statement sketches.

3. Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.

4. Amend drawings according to consultant and client comments.

5. Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.

6. Maintain drawing registers and ensure all drawings are updated and properly filed.

B. Quantity Surveying Duties

1. Prepare quantity take-offs based on drawings, specifications, and site measurements.

2. Prepare cost estimates, quotations, tender submissions, and budgetary proposals.

3. Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for material pricing and sourcing.
