DRAFTER CUM DESIGNER

Job Description

.Draft detailed scale plans for M&E, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data.

.Obtain and assemble data to complete designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.

.Develop detailed design drawings and specifications, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment.

.Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affecting component designs, procedures and instructions to be followed.

.Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for equipment and systems, using computer-assisted equipment.

.Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies.

. Other duties as assigned

Requirement

.Preferably with Diploma/ Nitec in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Building Services Engineering/ Intelligent Building Technology/ Quantity Surveying Fresh Graduates are welcomed.

.Candidates without the necessary academic qualifications will also be considered based on project references.

.Confidence and Assertiveness with high degree of initiative and interpersonal skills.

.Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the construction of M&E or ACMV projects
