Responsible for production of shop drawings and all relevant technical submissions.
Update and revise drawings and documents as needed to reflect site changes, client feedback, and/or authority requirements.
Review and analyze project specifications and requirements.
To liaise with Main Contractor's Project Manager, Architect and Consultant and coordinators
Prepare detailed as-built drawings
To carry out proper documentation to current drawings and documents
Manage multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritization
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree Civil Engineering or equivalent
Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office BIM is a plus
3 years of relevant working experience in producing consultation detailed drawings (experience in waterproofing trade is an advantage)
Able to communicate effectively in English
Meticulous and able to work independently
