DRAFTER CUM 3D DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITY :

. Review drawings and illustrations provided by architects and design consultants to prepare shop drawing for client approval and construction using AutoCAD for interior fit-out

. Collaborate with Project Manager to revise and update drawings as required.

. Prepare final as-built drawings upon project completion.

. Update, check and maintain drawings for proper documentation.

. Prepare and consolidate document for all Operation and Maintenance Manual

. Attend site surveys and take measurements to verify site details when required.

. Prepare detailed 2D and 3D design drawings for commercial projects, including site plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings (Option)

. Assist in ad-hoc project admin paperwork if necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in interior design, commercial fit-out, exhibition, product industrial design or related fields

. Proficient in AutoCAD

. Able to work independently, self-motivated

. Able to work independently as well as part of a team

. Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, V-Ray Renderer, SketchUp Pro, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantageous.

. To convert design intent into 3D visuals proposal

. Able to develop concept and space planning in commercial projects
