Drafter (Civil & Structural Consultancy)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare architectural, civil and structural drawings from design drafts.
• Produce CAD drawings and Revit BIM models for C&S works.
• Create and update 3D BIM models for submissions.
• Develop outline and detailed drawings for planning and construction.
• Work closely with project team on tender and construction drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of drafting experience in a C&S consultant firm, across various project scales.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong planning skills for modeling and drafting tasks.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
