Drafter

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings and layout plan, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment in accordance to specification provisions.
• Maintain and record monthly master list of drawings to ensure accurate information.
• Review and analyse specifications, sketches, drawings, and interrelated data to evaluate factors affecting designs, procedures and guidelines.
• Draft detailed scale plans for C&S/M&E works, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data to ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for equipment and systems, using computer-assisted equipment.
• Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies and clarity of design intent.
• Responsible for preparing and producing shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance with engineers requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably with a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experienced in design management, rebar concrete (RC), steel structure detail and design development.
• Competent in Microsoft suites and proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM.
• Good communications and able to work in team.
• Tender experience will be prefer.
• Location: West Region.
