Drafter / BIM Modeller ( Revit / Microstation )

Job Description

. Perform drafting and design work.

. Prepares, modifies schematic diagrams, layout, sections, and M&E

standard details.

. Prepares 2D and 3D modelling according to client requirements.

. Support the team in required design & drawings production and submission.

. Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.

. Ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with the standards set by project requirements.

. Deliver / complete drawings on schedule, economically and to client's satisfaction, and standards.

. Conduct site inspections for as-built update.

. Coordinate with Engineers, client & third parties in preparation of drawings.

Job Requirement:

. Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma in M&E trade.

. Experienced in Microstation 2D/ Revit 3D modelling/ 2D CAD drafting.

. At least 2 - 3 Year(s) of drafting experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Some electrical / mechanical / fire protection system design knowledge will be an added advantage.
