DRAFTER / BIM MODELLER (REVIT / MICROSTATION)

Job Description

• Perform drafting and design work.
• Prepares, modifies schematic diagrams, layout, sections, and M&E standard details.
• Prepares 2D and 3D modelling according to client requirements.
• Support the team in required design & drawings production and submission.
• Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.
• Ensure all drawings are prepared in accordance with the standards set by project requirements.
• Deliver / complete drawings on schedule, economically and to client's satisfaction, and standards.
• Conduct site inspections for as-built update.
• Coordinate with Engineers, client & third parties in preparation of drawings.

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least ITE/Diploma in M&E trade.
• Experienced in Microstation 2D/ Revit 3D modelling/ 2D CAD drafting.
• At least 2 - 3 Year(s) of drafting experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Some electrical / mechanical / fire protection system design knowledge will be an added advantage.
