About the Role
The Singapore team is seeking a Drafter / BIM Modeller with experience in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models, producing construction drawings, supporting clash detection, and assisting with documentation required for project submissions and construction.
This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working with digital construction tools, maintaining high drafting accuracy, and collaborating closely with engineers and project teams.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements and LOD specifications
- Produce accurate 2D drawings including schematic diagrams, shop drawings, and coordination drawings
- Create and maintain Revit families and components based on project and industry standards
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or equivalent tools, resolving conflicts across disciplines
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and site conditions
- Extract quantity take-offs from BIM models to support cost estimation and procurement processes
- Prepare as-built drawings and documentation to support project completion and progress claims
- Attend site meetings and coordination sessions when required
- Support quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with submission standards
BIM & Drafting Coordination (Preferred)
- Familiarity with ELV and security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Understanding of BIM submission requirements and digital workflows within the Singapore construction industry
- Experience coordinating with engineers, consultants, and contractors using BIM collaboration tools
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Drafting, or a related field
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in BIM modelling or technical drafting within construction or engineering projects
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for both 2D drafting and 3D modelling
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and coordinated drawings
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and convert them into BIM models
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external stakeholders
Preferred (Added Advantage)
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- Prior exposure to ELV or security system design and documentation
- Familiarity with local BIM standards, submission processes, and regulatory requirements in Singapore
- Experience supporting project documentation, progress claims, and as-built deliverables
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
