Drafter / BIM Modeller ( BMS )

Qualifications:
Proficient in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit.

Must have knowledge in ACMV/ HVAC-type of work.

Responsibilities:

Produce shop drawings and submit within stipulated time.

Coordinate with site engineer for the update of shop drawings.

Coordinate and manage all BIM related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stage.

Coordinate the use and delivery of BIM for the Contract.

Ensure the appropriate implementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables as well as the effective and efficient collaboration and coordination of design.

Ensure appropriate data flow internally and externally. Validate level of detail, modelling content and quality control.

. Participate in design and model coordination meetings and reviews sessions.

Requirement:

. Able to start immediately.

. Knowledgeable in ACMV .

. Able to handle Revit.

. Must have at least 2 years drafting experience.
