Drafter (Architecture/ M&E / A&A)

Job Description

• Prepare Submission Drawings and Documentation to Authorities (Architecture/ M&E / A&A)
• Prepare Construction and Working Drawings including Tender
• Prepare Detail Construction Drawings
• Organize, deliver and record architectural coordinated design, progress of work, variation order and certification of work done for assigned project.
• Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow and preparing rough sketches for review with project team.
• Familiar with AutoCAD drafting tools
• Be independent, self - motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely
• Preparation of production drawing
• Able to convert the drawings into programme files
• Develop and maintain CAD Drawings
• Coordinate with production supervisor for production schedule
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned

Job Requirement

• itec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is a must
• Able to communicate and coordinates with supervisor and other team member
• Minimum 2 year Work experience in A&A works/ Interior Design/ Renovation/ Fit-out Works
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Team player with good hands on multi-tasking abilities
• Promptly reporting to superior
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to use Microsoft program, AutoCAD, other QS program to perform the works.
