Job Scope:
- Presentation and proposal design with clients.
- Join meeting and discuss with clients of details.
- Prepare Shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Prepare 2D and 3D drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications.
- Maintain drawing registers and version control.
- Extract quantities and basic measurements.
- Perform preliminary calculations and layouts.
- Select materials, systems, and components.
- Resolve design conflicts and technical issues.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in Steel Structure and Facade industry.
- Graduated with Diploma or Degree in Drafting/Civil Engineering/Building Construction will be preferred.
- Able to work independently.
- Have strong coordination and leadership skills.
- Familiar with commonly used tools. (AutoCAD/Revit/ETABS etc., Microsoft Office)
- High attention to details.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
