The incumbent will support the Design and FF& E team in all design phases (Ph 1 to Ph 4).
He/she is responsible for all design documentation, including detailed drawing, tender and construction phases.

Include but not limited to:
- Responsible for all design documentation, including detailed drawing, tender and construction phases.
- Work efficiently using AutoCad to create detailed designed.
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure details are correct
- To identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team
- Ensure final designs comply with regulations, quality standards, clients specifications and LTW Designworks standard.
Pre-requisities
- Must possess relevant Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Interior Design or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitalities and F&B projects.
- Advanced CAD skills.
- Good Adobe CS skills (Photoshop, Illustrator etc), knowledge of sketch up will be a plus.
- Must speak and write fluent English.
- Good knowledge of drawing preparation and CAD standard, good organizational skill and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment.
