Job Description

We are a growing door supply and installation company, specializing in timber, metal, and composite doors for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are looking for a Drafterwith strong attention to detail and technical proficiency to support our project and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

. Prepare detailed 2D shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings for doors and frames.

. Interpret architectural and structural drawings to coordinate door openings and installation requirements.

. Ensure drawing accuracy based on project specs, site measurements, and BCA/SCDF codes.

. Assist with material take-offs, cutting lists, and fabrication schedules.

. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and workshop teams to ensure production and installation run smoothly.

. Revise drawings based on site feedback and changes.

. Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control.

. Attend site visits and project meetings when required.

Requirements

. Minimum Diploma in Architectural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Building Drafting, or a related field.

. Minimum 2 years experience, preferably in door systems, interior fit-out, or construction.

. Proficient in AutoCAD Revit or 3D modeling experience is an advantage.

. Familiar with fire-rated door systems, ironmongery, and frame construction is preferred.

. Strong in interpreting architectural drawings and technical specifications.

. Meticulous, organized, and deadline-driven.

. A team player with effective communication skills.
