Dr Yu Fengwei Group: Assistant Research Officer/Research Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our research team to study human neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in performing the mechanisms controlling neural stem cell proliferation and neuronal differentiation/remodeling using human brain organoids. The successful candidate is expected to conduct independent projects and team up with PhD students or postdocs in the lab.

Requirements:

• MSc or BSc (Hons) in molecular, cellular biology, neurobiology, or related biological fields
• Experience with molecular, cellular biology, neurobiology is preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a research team, able to assist in lab organization and administration
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
