Dormitory Assistant

Job Description

. Perform routine inspections to ensure the dormitory is clean, safe, and well-maintained.

. Oversee dormitory occupancy, including check-in/check-out processes and room assignments.

. Ensure adherence to regulations set by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Environment Agency (NEA), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), and other relevant authorities.

. Enforce dormitory rules and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents.

. Supervise teams responsible for maintenance, security, and housekeeping services.

. Maintain detailed records of incidents, safety inspections, and operational activities within the dormitory.

Requirements:

. At least 2 years of experience in dormitory operations.

. Good knowledge of dormitory regulations and rental agreements.

. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
