Role Overview
As a Door-to-Door Flyer Distributor, you will be responsible for distributing marketing materials to residential units across assigned HDB blocks and private estates.
Work is assigned based on specific locations and unit counts to ensure clarity and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute flyers door-to-door or via mailbox to assigned residential units
- Complete distribution based on allocated blocks and unit counts
- Ensure proper and responsible delivery (no dumping or bulk discarding)
- Provide basic proof of work (e.g. photos at block locations)
- Follow assigned routes and instructions accurately
Compensation
- $40 per 1,000 flyers distributed
- Payment is based on completed and verified distribution
Work Structure
- Flexible schedule - complete assignments within agreed timelines
- Work is assigned in clusters of nearby blocks for efficiency
- Typical weekly volume: 2,000 - 4,000 units
Requirements
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to walk, climb stairs, and move between blocks
- Attention to detail and accountability in task completion
- Prior experience is a bonus, but not required
Important Notes
- Distribution quality is monitored through verification and random checks
- Incomplete or improper distribution may affect payment
- Long-term and consistent distributors are preferred
