Key Responsibilities

• Install aluminium window panels and related systems

• Carry out installation of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) and architectural cladding materials

• Perform accurate site measurement, marking, cutting, drilling and fitting

• Install aluminium frames, brackets, supports and associated components

• Ensure proper panel alignment, levels, dimensions, joints and finishing

• Carry out silicone/sealant application and weatherproofing works

• Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and installation details

• Perform adjustment, repair and defect rectification works

• Coordinate with site supervisors, project teams and other trades

• Ensure completed works comply with project specifications and quality requirements

• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

• Strictly comply with Workplace Safety & Health requirements and company procedures

Requirements

• Preferably 3 years or more relevant hands-on experience in aluminium window or architectural aluminium works

• Strong practical knowledge of aluminium window installation

• Experience with ACP panels, aluminium framing, brackets, sealants and finishing works

• Able to read technical drawings and take accurate site measurements

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Strong attention to workmanship and finishing quality

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Physically fit and willing to work at various construction sites

• Willing to work overtime when required by project schedules

• Previous Singapore construction experience will be an advantage
