Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk Department
- Liaise with Donors and Devotees and maintain a good relationship with them
- Responsible for the smooth operations of all Donor Relations events, activities, ceremonies, and customer servicing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor contact and biographical information
- Fulfill data and report requests, including the production of donor lists, and quarterly ceremony report for MC meeting
- Assist in supporting overseas pilgrimages, trips, etc
- Undertake any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be meticulous, creative, and able to work independently
- Able to work on Public Holidays, CNY, and weekends
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Chinese (in order to handle documents or content written in English and Chinese language)
- Good written and spoken English, Mandarin, and dialects (in order to build and maintain a good relationship with internal and external Chinese and dialect speaking stakeholders)
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage.
- Familiar with Buddhist Ceremony / Event
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Training will be provided
- Singaporean only!
