We are seeking an experienced Domestic Operations & Logistics Specialist with expertise in moving products across SEA from manufacturing partners, 3PLs and Third Party Channels such as Amazon and Tmall.

The Role will oversee and optimize domestic supply chain operations within SEA, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile logistics to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and inventory management, particularly within the FMCG, health, or wellness sectors.

What You'll Do

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day domestic operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Logistics & Distribution: Manage warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, implement best practices for inventory management, and minimize shortages or excess stock.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with logistics partners, third-party suppliers, and distribution centers to maintain high service standards.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in logistics and operational workflows, leveraging data analytics and technology.

Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities to reduce logistics and operational costs.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all logistics and supply chain activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.

Collaboration & Reporting: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to support business objectives and provide regular reports on logistics performance.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management, preferably in the FMCG, health, or wellness industry.

Strong knowledge of domestic logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

Experience working with third-party logistics providers and negotiating supplier contracts.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.

Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate across departments.

Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
