Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions, including solution delivery and application management projects.
- Collaborate with client project teams to provide functional, technical, and industry expertise.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to Bank-defined software delivery methodology.
- Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate delivery risks across portfolios and projects.
- Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to both onshore and offshore teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Data & Analytics Leadership:
- Architect, design, and implement large-scale data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise data marts.
- Lead solutioning in analytics domains such as Finance Analytics (Reconciliation, Allocation, Performance, Regulatory Reporting) and Credit Risk Analytics (Exposure, NPL, Counterparty Risk, Basel/IFRS9 inputs).
- Manage end-to-end ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, BDM, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Replicator.
- Design and implement dashboards and reports using Power BI/Qlik, and manage Hadoop ecosystems (Cloudera HDFS, Hive, Impala, Spark, PySpark, Scoop).
- Conduct data profiling, modeling (3NF, Dimensional, Conceptual, Logical, Physical), mapping, governance, and metadata management.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and identify patterns/trends.
- Support marketing campaign management systems including design, execution, and KPI analysis (desirable).
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as point-of-contact for executive stakeholders and clients on delivery matters.
- Partner with Group domain teams to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
- Support sales by proposing innovative solutions and enabling successful delivery.
