Responsible for scanning, organizing, and maintaining company documents in digital and physical formats to ensure proper record keeping and easy retrieval.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan and digitize physical documents accurately
- Organize and name files properly in company folders
- Maintain structured digital filing system (Google Drive / shared folders)
- Ensure documents are complete and properly archived
- Check documents for missing information before filing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support admin team with document retrieval when required
- Liaise with internal staff for document collection
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive, PDF, Excel)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle confidential documents
- Responsible and systematic
- No experience required (training provided)
- Preferably able to start immediately
- Students are welcome
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (1000hrs to 1700hrs)
3 Months Contract (Temp)
