Control incoming/outgoing documents and drawings and ensure proper tracking.
Manage, maintain and ensure the project documents (i.e. procedures, guidelines, templates, numbering, filling) are compliance to both client and company standard.
Review completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittal for submission.
Receive and register all provided and in-house generated documents.
Quality & compliance checks on documents, maintenance of a list of applicable, documents, numbering & identification of documents, filling & arranging of documents (both electronic and/or hardcopies).
Control & tracking of documents, distribution of documents of relevant people.
Progress reporting on the document status.
Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010 and Microsoft Outlook email client
Meticulous, Fast Learner, Initiativeness, Honest and responsible
Able to work immediately.
At least Diploma/Degree in Business administration or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
