Job Duties and Responsibilities:
. Prepare and submit master program of the project in Primavera 6 / MS Project in consultation with Project Manager and Construction Manager
. Prepare and submit Planning Data to be incorporated to the submittal of Project Progress
. Report (weekly/ monthly) in coordination with the client planner based on the Site Progress update.
. Submit planning report such as preparation of manpower requirements for the project, Preparation of construction tracker and Loop check curve in accordance with approved program.
. Coordinate with Project Manager the effective implementation and monitoring of Look Ahead-Schedule including the project actual accomplishments.
. Reports to the Project Manager the status of project progress against the plan schedule and provides corrective actions necessary if the planned schedule is not achieved.
. Maintained Weekly milestones and conducting meeting with the core group to achieve the targets in time.
. Collaborated with QA/QC & warehouse staff for inspection and management of the free issued items.
. Identified, monitored & streamlined critical paths running through the project master schedule and individual contracts. Generated weekly / monthly reports including S-curves for client & management review.
. Prepare daily man power report, month man power report, areas of concern report.
. Prepare and Monitor document master list inward and outward
. Coordinate with supplier / vendor / subcon to get the deliverables on schedule
. Prepare and maintain internal team daily man power allocation report
. Prepare and maintain supplier PO tracker to monitor the materials delivery on time.
Job Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
. Familiarity with Process / Marine and Construction industry
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Primavera 6 Knowledge will be an added advantage
. Multi-tasking team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
