Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, controlling and maintaining all project documentation at the Data Center project site office
- Supports the project team by ensuring accurate, timely and proper document control in accordance with project requirements, internal procedures, and client standards.
- Establish, maintain, and manage the document control system for the project
- Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and version tracking
- Maintain master document registers and trackers
- Ensure documents are issued to relevant stakeholders in a timely and controlled manner
- Assist the project team with document requests, audits, and handover documentation
- Ensure compliance with project document control procedures and client requirements
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Information Management/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience, preferably in construction, data center, engineering or site administration
- Basic understanding of document control processes
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
