Position: Document Controller

Reporting To: Head of Business Operations

Salary Range: S$3,000 - S$3,200

Job Overview

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, maintaining, and controlling project and technical documentation to ensure documents are accurate, complete, properly recorded, and readily accessible. The role involves coordinating document flow, tracking incoming and outgoing transmittals, maintaining system records, and providing timely status reports to support smooth project operations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organised, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all documents for projects and ensure that it is easily accessible
• Process and record all technical documentation in accordance with agreed procedures
• Disseminate, monitor and track incoming and outgoing of documents/transmittals
• Produce reports and statistical figures to indicate the status of work progress and update into system based on the obtained information
• Perform document quality check and review completeness of documents and drawing.

Qualifications& Requirements

• Min Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant experience

. Prior experience in Document Control preferred

. Meticulous and keen eye for details

. Good communication and interpersonal skills
