To plan, direct and monitor underwater operations onsite. To ensure the safety and competence of the dive team while complying with industry regulations. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments and safety briefings, overseeing equipment usage and maintenance, managing the dive team's qualifications and tasks, and responding to emergencies. This critical role requires extensive experience, strong leadership and detailed knowledge of diving physics, physiology and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Degree Holder preferred, minimum 5 years Supervisory experience, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) SSDE Diving Supervisor (30m), Diver (30m), Current First Aid, BizSafe LII, Shipyard Safety (SSIC).
