To oversees daily Operations which includes Staff Management, Operations procedure, statistical reports, weekly / monthly operation review.
Forecast Sales figures and inventory requirement for each location.
Achievement of Sales Budgets of the retail outlets assigned and maintaining sustainable growth of outlets.
Formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.
Responsible for the business performance (Sales) of groups of outlets assigned.
Responsible for the training and development of Area Managers, Outlets Supervisors and Staff to achieve service excellence.
Build, lead and set priorities / direction for the Marketing Communication Division.
Strategise and execute annual marketing strategy, budget and deliverable.
Render support to Sales and Operations Department to generate ROI.
Requirement:
BSc/BA in Business Administration or Management.
Proficient in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (to liaise with Cantonese & Mandarin speaking Associates).
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in retail trade.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Good motivational skills. Strong negotiation, organization skills.
Awareness of internal and external customer needs.
