Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organization vision, operational strategy, and hiring need.
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
  • Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
  • To oversees daily Operations which includes Staff Management, Operations procedure, statistical reports, weekly / monthly operation review.
  • Forecast Sales figures and inventory requirement for each location.
  • Achievement of Sales Budgets of the retail outlets assigned and maintaining sustainable growth of outlets.
  • Formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.
  • Responsible for the business performance (Sales) of groups of outlets assigned.
  • Responsible for the training and development of Area Managers, Outlets Supervisors and Staff to achieve service excellence.
  • Build, lead and set priorities / direction for the Marketing Communication Division.
  • Strategise and execute annual marketing strategy, budget and deliverable.
  • Render support to Sales and Operations Department to generate ROI.

Requirement:

  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or Management.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin & Cantonese (to liaise with Cantonese & Mandarin speaking Associates).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in retail trade.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good motivational skills. Strong negotiation, organization skills.
  • Awareness of internal and external customer needs.
