Oversee agent maintenance activities, including creation, termination, suspension, promotion and updates of agent codes.
Manage proxy requests and ensure timely and accurate updates to agent records in relevant systems.
Generate and distribute commission, incentive and operational reports.
Process commission and incentive payments accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Handle day-to-day distribution-related email enquiries and support email whitelisting applications.
Support system testing activities for new product launches, new firm onboarding and system maintenance initiatives.
Assist in onboarding of new distribution firms, including coordination of distribution agreements and product due diligence documentation.
Facilitate launch readiness for new products and riders in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Provide operational support for time-sensitive initiatives, clean-up exercises or reviews as directed by the manager.
Minimum Diploma in any discipline
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, distribution support or administrative roles.
Good understanding of life insurance operations across IFA, Bancassurance and Broker channels.
Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
Proficiency in relevant systems and tools (e.g. AS400 for agent and commission processing, Jira for task tracking and system testing coordination).
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
