Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager, Distribution to join their international content sales team based in Singapore.

This individual will play a critical role in driving commercial success by licensing premium content to broadcasters, digital platforms, and syndication partners throughout Asia.

The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, passionate about storytelling, and skilled at navigating fast-paced international environments. You should have strong media rights expertise and be an exceptional relationship builder who can think strategically and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand the licensing of finished programming, formats, digital content, and FAST channels across Asia.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities and strategies to generate revenue and support long-term growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships across the region.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets across multiple content categories.
  • Evaluate new content for distribution potential and collaborate with the global content team on sales forecasts.
  • Liaise closely with internal teams across production, marketing, and global sales to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Represent the company at key markets and undertake regular client visits and sales trips.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 6 years experience in content sales and distribution; production experience is a plus.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving commercial growth.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive deals forward.
  • Solutions-focused, with a knack for resolving challenges and creating win-win outcomes.
  • Strong collaborator and team player, able to work seamlessly across regional and international teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable, creative, and knowledgeable about shifting industry trends and evolving technologies.
  • Deep understanding of the Asian media landscape and strong cultural awareness.
