Our client, a leading international insurer, is looking for a Distribution & Key Account Manager to drive broker partnerships and key customer relationships across Southeast Asia. This role focuses on executing go-to-market strategies, building pipelines, and delivering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution Management
- Execute broker engagement strategies to drive growth and retention
- Build and manage relationships with key brokers across SEA
- Develop and track deal pipelines with internal stakeholders
- Lead regular broker reviews and performance discussions
- Act as escalation point for broker-related matters
Customer Management
- Develop and execute account plans for key customers
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Drive new business, renewals, and negotiations
- Coordinate with underwriting and internal teams for delivery
Market & Strategy
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights
- Support regional initiatives and strategic projects
- Leverage thought leadership to strengthen client engagement
Compliance & Performance
- Ensure adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines
- Deliver against financial and performance targets
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in insurance (distribution, underwriting, or client management)
- Strong network with brokers and corporate clients in SEA
- Proven track record in sales and complex deal execution
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
