Your Job

We are seeking a commercially driven Distribution Corporate Account Manager to organize, manage, and grow Molex sales through franchised distributors across the APS region (Southeast Asia & India). You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets by developing and executing strategic plans that drive both financial and non-financial performance.

In this role, you will enable and engage distributor partners through structured programs, training, and clear performance expectations to strengthen their capabilities and drive revenue growth. Acting as a key bridge between internal business units and external partners, you will ensure alignment with regional and global objectives while expanding Molex's market presence through a high-performing distributor network.

Our Team

You will be part of a regional distribution team supporting APS markets, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Business Units, and global teams to drive distributor success and business growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement overall sales and marketing strategy for assigned distributors
  • Communicate distributors sales strategy and plans to all levels of Molex management.
  • Ensure positive and effective relationships with all levels of distributor's management organization.
  • Monitor and report all activities, trends and changes within all of the distribution community and the potential impact on Molex.
  • Participate as integral member of Molex global distribution strategy team and measure regional and global decisions impact on each other.
  • Support all business systems implementation between Molex and distributors for automation of business information processing.
  • Establish and facilitate meetings between top management at Molex and distributors.
  • Enforce the Molex Distribution Agreement.
  • Monitor and control all coop and marcom expenses and ensure maximum effectiveness of fund usage.
  • Develop and implement Regional Distribution Policies and Strategies
  • Manage the scrap allowance and design registration process
  • Monitor and manage price integrity and compliance from distributors
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in electronic components industry working with and managing the distributors
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload independently
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas to customers and internal teams
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Proficiency in basic PC applications, including spreadsheets and word processing tools
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in Mandarin to better serve our Mandarin-speaking customers and collaborate with counterparts

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Degree in Technical or Business-related field
  • Experience in electronics or components industry
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP systems
  • Experience in driving distributor enablement, training, or program implementation
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and sensitivity to sales data and performance metrics
