Job Title: Disputes/TMT Junior Associate (0-4PQE), International law firm

Location: Singapore

We are working with a leading international law firm seeking a talented junior Associate (0–4 PQE) to join its Singapore office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a disputes-trained lawyer looking to develop a well-rounded practice across both contentious and non-contentious IP and technology matters, within a highly regarded global platform.

The Role

You will work closely with partners and regional teams on a broad mix of matters, including:

• Contentious work: IP disputes, technology-related litigation, and advisory on complex commercial disputes involving IP/IT elements
• Non-contentious work: Technology, data, and commercial contracts, IP licensing, and regulatory advisory
• Cross-border matters involving collaboration with Asia offices
• Supporting clients across sectors such as tech, media, life sciences, and financial services

Requirements

• Singapore-qualified lawyer with 0–4 years PQE
• Strong background in disputes/litigation (IP disputes exposure is a plus but not essential)
• Demonstrated interest in IP, technology, and data-related work
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
