Job Overview:
As a Dishwasher, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. You will work closely with our kitchen and service teams to keep everything running smoothly, supporting a clean and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment quickly and thoroughly.

Ensure that all items are sanitized and stored properly after washing.

Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, including wiping down counters and shelves.

Assist with basic food prep or kitchen tasks as needed.

Sort and organize clean dishes and kitchen tools for easy access.

Remove trash and recycling from the kitchen and dining areas as required.

Help keep the kitchen organized and maintain a clean, safe environment.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Support the kitchen staff with various tasks as required, including helping to prep food or stocking supplies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Ability to follow food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods of time.

Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
