What You'll Do:
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant's bathroom facilities to ensure a sanitary environment for all guests and staff.
- To clear and wipe tables, wash dishes at Return Trays area into the dish washer, sweep and mop the floor and help in other miscellaneous duties required.
- Wash dishes promptly and thoroughly, ensuring they are ready for use in a timely manner.
- Keep kitchen utensils organized, neat, and readily available for the kitchen staff to use.
- Regularly check and monitor the stock of cleaning supplies, reporting shortages as necessary to management.
- Ensure the dishwashing area is clean, organized, and maintained to the highest standard of hygiene and order.
- Sort and organize clean dishes, pots, and utensils for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Ensure kitchen and bathroom areas are kept tidy and hygienic.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste from kitchen and dining areas regularly.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management promptly.
