Discipline Support Officer Bukit Panjang

Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45 am to 4 pm
• Fridays: 6:45 am to 3.30 pm

Key Roles

• Assist the Discipline team in overall student discipline management.

• Conduct house visits and make follow-up calls to parents.

• Manage students under detention, missing students, and meltdowns.

• Patrol school premises - traffic, canteen, free play areas, and outside school.

• Involved in case management for at-risk students.

• Conduct investigations, take statements, and submit reports.

• Conduct spot-checks on student attire and appearance.

• Maintain discipline during school functions and activities.

• Supervise/engage students with additional needs.

• Participate in student management meetings.

• Guide staff on investigations and incident management.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience in primary school and student management is preferred.

• Basic ICT skills proficient in Microsoft Office.
