Key Roles
1. Investigative & Case Support
Assist with preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews
Obtain statements from students and witnesses compile evidence
Prepare structured incident reports for key personnel (KPs)
Communicate outcomes with parents, staff, and students to close loops
2. Detention & Restorative Follow-Up
Work with Form Teachers to ensure student attendance at detention
Supervise detention sessions (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)
Enforce detention rules and maintain a constructive environment
Keep accurate attendance and behavioural records
Track and follow up with detention defaulters
Skills & Experience
Act with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Engage students respectfully and constructively
Uphold confidentiality and procedural fairness
Collaborate effectively with teachers and student management personnel
Minimum 5 years of experience in a uniformed service (e.g., Police, Prison Service), school discipline team, or similar educational/youth-focused environment
Proven involvement in youth case investigation and restorative/behavioural support
Genuine belief in student growth and developmental support
Professional maturity and reliability
Deep respect for confidentiality and student dignity
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, email correspondence, data entry
Comfortable with Google online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Docs/Sheets)
