- Demonstrated experience with antibody discovery platforms and screening methods.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to guide teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively to overcome challenges in antibody discovery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), or immune checkpoint inhibitors.
- Familiarity with preclinical and clinical development processes, including IND-enabling studies.
- Knowledge of therapeutic areas such as oncology, autoimmune diseases, or infectious diseases where antibody therapeutics are particularly relevant.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
- Comprehensive health insurance.
- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Application Process:
Interested candidates should submit their CV and a cover letter outlining their experience in drug target identification and validation, and their contributions to drug discovery efforts.
