Job Description

Role Overview

The Director, Aladdin Wealth Client Engagement is responsible for leading strategic client relationships for global wealth management institutions, with accountability for client satisfaction, platform adoption, and successful delivery of Aladdin Wealth solutions.

This role operates at the intersection of account management, program delivery, and technical subject matter expertise, acting as a senior advisor to client stakeholders while driving implementation, integration, and ongoing value realization of portfolio construction and analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Coverage & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior relationship lead for global, systemically important financial institutions (G-SIBs)
  • Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders across investment, front office, risk, technology, and operations
  • Lead account planning, client governance, and strategic roadmap alignment
  • Act as the primary escalation point and ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction

Engagement & Platform Adoption

  • Lead the team to drive end-user adoption across front-office functions (e.g., Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors)
  • Lead the team to design and oversee training, enablement, and rollout strategies to embed Aladdin Wealth into daily workflows
  • Monitor adoption metrics and lead initiatives to increase platform utilization and client outcomes
  • Partner with clients to simplify advisory workflows and enhance client experience

Client Solutioning & Technical Advisory

  • Identify opportunities to enhance outcomes for clients and advise on target-state operating models across portfolio construction, analytics, and reporting for advisory business.
  • Translate client investment, analytics, and workflow requirements into scalable Aladdin Wealth solutions support design and delivery of scalable workflows leveraging Aladdin capabilities across advisory and portfolio management processes
  • Advise on the application of AI and data-driven capabilities to improve investment insights and client servicing with scalability goal
  • Provide structured feedback to product teams to inform platform enhancements and roadmap priorities
  • Explain and present technical analyses (e.g., portfolio diagnostics, optimization insights, risk exposures) to senior stakeholders, and able to clearly articulate complex investment and analytics concepts in a client-facing context

Commercial & Growth Leadership

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., new modules, analytics, alternatives integration)
  • Contribute to RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
  • Drive contract renewals through demonstrated value delivery and stakeholder sponsorship
  • Provide insights on industry trends (e.g., personalization, AI enablement, front-office efficiency)
  • Guide clients on best practices for platform utilization and client experience transformation

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or portfolio analytics, or client advisory
  • Strong understanding of: Portfolio construction, risk analytics, and advisory workflows. And wealth platform ecosystems (CRM, advisory tools, portfolio systems).
  • Proven track record in:
  • Managing senior client relationships (MD-level stakeholders),
  • Leading large-scale programs,
  • Driving platform adoption and front-office change.
  • Experience working across global/regional teams and complex client environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
