Our client, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Director to expand its technology consulting practice with emphasis on the public sector. This role is market-facing, where success is defined by building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and shaping large-scale technology transformation programmes. The individual will position a suite of consulting services, ranging from digital strategy and architecture through to data, cloud, and emerging technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive consultative business development by identifying opportunities and positioning end-to-end technology consulting services.
- Engage senior public sector leaders on digital transformation, data, and cloud strategies.
- Shape value propositions that integrate multiple service lines, aligning technology with policy, organisational, and citizen outcomes.
- Lead the design of technology roadmaps and oversee delivery teams in ensuring quality and impact.
- Represent the practice through market engagement, thought leadership, and industry events.
Requirements
- Proven track record at Director level (or equivalent) in technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of public sector priorities, with strong networks across senior leadership.
- Experience selling and shaping multi-service consulting solutions across digital, cloud, and data domains.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to originate and close complex engagements.
