Responsible for leading the strategy, delivery and operations of all our cloud-related platforms, data centers, global networks and service delivery management
Manage operations and modernization of the Secure Cloud platform from end-to-end, from planning to design and deployment
Partner with technology and our transformation and capacity partners to drive vision and direction of the Secure Cloud platform, ensuring product strategy and roadmap aligns to business needs
Drive process improvement and change management to enable efficient, stable and reliable use of the cloud
Ensure success of the infrastructure setup and in creation of cloud data policy and governance standards
Develop and communicate key project plans, timeframes, changes and risks, including release details and requirements to senior management and stakeholders
Liaise with architecture team to scope requirements, design, configuration and deployment
Support key programs in articulating their cloud strategy & enablement
Communicate with Senior Technology and Functions management in aligning implementation and operational strategies
Oversee and maintain technical documentation process for all releases
Handle escalations, continually works tow making improvements in the delivery process
Requirements
Min 10 - 12 years of experience in enterprise cloud infrastructure strategy, design and operations with a strong track record in cloud platform implementation, modernization, and cross-functional stakeholder management
Strong and demonstrated execution skills with a proven track record of designing & implementing cloud platforms solutions
Demonstrated experience and subject matter expertise related to enterprise cloud infrastructure including selection and implementation of SaaS services
Prior experience with managing and developing on Kubernetes and familiarity with Containerisation technologies like docker.
Prior experience developing holistic cloud strategies and policies for enterprise-wide applications - private, public, hybrid and multi-cloud
Experience with architecting and implementing CI/CD pipelines
Strategic planning and project management skills
Relationship management skills with the ability to handle conflict and negotiations across all levels of the organisation
Fundamental understanding of services available on leading cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably certified
