Our client is a global financial institution undergoing significant enterprise-wide transformation across its asset management platform. As part of this strategic agenda, the firm is seeking a Director, Strategic Transformation to drive execution of key enterprise priorities aligned to the broader transformation roadmap.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution; translating strategic intent into structured, measurable outcomes while ensuring strong governance and stakeholder alignment across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise strategic transformation initiatives.
- Translate corporate strategy into clear roadmaps, milestones and execution frameworks.
- Drive complex, cross-functional programmes spanning business, operations, technology, data and risk.
- Establish robust governance, reporting and risk management disciplines.
- Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment, accountability and measurable outcomes.
- Identify interdependencies, manage execution risks and maintain momentum across the transformation lifecycle.
Requirements
- Over 15 years of strategy, transformation or programme leadership experience within asset management or financial services.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide business and/or digital transformation initiatives.
- Open to candidates from consulting backgrounds with strong financial services exposure.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities in regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PMP or Agile certification preferred.
- 2 Year Tenure Contract
