Responsibilities
. Identifying new business opportunities-with Go to Market Strategies and Solution Selling+Execution
. More market share and keys accounts Wallet Share Growth for existing clients Increase share of wallet within the strategic clients
. Responsible for the full spectrum of Staffing Business - Sales and Delivery
. Client management and escalation control by addressing client satisfaction issues promptly
. Team management Managing and supervising the performance of team members and assisting them to achieve their targets and resolve issues stable team and achievement driven
. Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
. Responsible for exploring and developing new businesses across verticals/geographies
. Interacting with Q-level, CMs, Directors etc. getting immediate opportunities and schedule meetings.
. Provide support to the top management with respect to strategic decision-making and advice on important organizational issues to improve the performance
. Provide support, guide and coach managers in performance management, training needs definition, identification and fostering of high-potentials, succession and career path planning and conduct local talent reviews
. Signing contracts and establishing operations independently with the Fortune 500 companies
. Measuring market risk like growing competition
. Sales and Delivery responsibility and execution along with Program Accountability for the business
. Sales, Delivery and overall operations efficiency
. Have to be instrumental in dealing with the clients and streamlining collection process
. Reaching business targets in terms of clients acquired and MSA signed
. Driving results and efficiency through existing and new client management
. Business Accounts and Delivery Management
. Retention of existing client and acquiring new businesses
Skills/ Qualifications
. At least 15 years experience in driving revenue and key account management, with experience in client and talent acquisition
. Extensive experience in General and IT Staffing recruitment Experience in the recruitment of both business positions and back office positions
. Extensive experience in opening new markets and operations management including driving Client-Sat, compliance and good governance practices Should have sales experience in IT industry/BFSI industry predominantly in Staffing business
. Must be involved planning and implementing best practices on sales, delivery, marketing, and business initiatives to support corporate objectives
. High level skills in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoints and Drives
. Able to do the job independently Should be Self-driven and motivated to achieve success
. Excellent leadership attributes, strong coordination skill with ability to influence seamlessly
. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influence all levels of people in the organization.
. Ability to think critically and multitask with a sense of future prediction Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills
. Must plays a critical role in creating leadership, strategic client partnerships and profitability improvement
