Role Overview

• Lead day-to-day business operations and overall performance
• Enable Founder to focus on long-term strategy and expansion
• Oversee key functions: operations, sales, finance, and marketing
• Manage service delivery across multiple sites and frontline teams
• Drive alignment between business strategy and on-ground execution

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and service consistency across all sites
• Optimise workforce deployment and improve productivity
• Maintain and elevate service quality standards
• Implement continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with functional leaders to achieve business goals
• Take ownership of P&L performance and commercial outcomes
• Strengthen systems, processes, and operational discipline

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience managing blue-collar or field-based teams
• Background in service-intensive industries such as:
• Specialised cleaning
• Facilities management
• Outsourced services
• Strong operational leadership and execution capabilities
• Hands-on, on-site management style
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Experience scaling operations and improving workforce efficiency
